LFP Rise of the Runelords Thursdays at 6 CST

Looking to get 4 players for a rise of the runelords play threw. We will use skype and roll20 to play. Id like to have players who know the basics and i dont mind teaching a bit. If you want to join pm me.
Is this from the beginning? Or, have you already started and need replacement players? What are the character generation rules? Point buy, Roll, or ???
its from the beginning. its a 20 paint buy. and only pazio books for your characters.
I would be interested if the party were bigger, or the stats were a bit higher, I think 4 characters with mediocre stats will have a hard time finishing an AP like this based on my limited experience with Jade Regent.
Four or five players is great. Ive been running it for about a year. The first module or two may be tricky, but if you are smart and careful (and the DP isnt blood thirsty) you will have a great time. I am running a group of five and honestly, with even one or two optimized combat characters, the content is a bit... easy at times. I have to boost it to challenge them. PS... I would love to play, but thursdays are a WoW raid night for me, and I am, as I said, already about a year into the campaign as a DM, so I know it pretty well...
I would love to play tonight. I am good at playing any class, what ever you want.
The AP is designed for 4 or 5 players and a 20 pt buy isn't mediocre its the standard pt buy for most pathfinder games including Pathfinder Society games. I've seen a number of different APs played at various points in the story and a 4 or 5 person group will usually blow through most of the encounters except for the toughest ones and even then smart players will figure out how to beat the baddies. Sadly 6pm is a little late for me seeing as I need to be up at 2am so 6pm is usually my bedtime

And although 20 point buy is the most commonly used point buy, it is not lackluster. In the phrasing of the core book "standard" point buy is 15 while 20 point buy is considered "High Fantasy." You like to play with monster stats for your characters which is fine you can play however you like, every game is for the individua group, But a 20 point buy does not make an "average" for the game character according to the rules system and the APs are designed with the idea that you will be using a 20 point buy character. Although it has in recent years become the most common point but system used that does not make the character it itself "average". But thanks for coming back and insulting me I really appreciate it.
You mention CST, but did you mean CDT? How long are your typical sessions? I'd jump in, but can only go on until 9ish (Central Time).
Do you still need players? If so, let me know. I would love to join.
