GG-X and some background

So, time for some background story. ********************************************************************************************************** You have been created by an organisation called GG-X. There has never been a conclusive explanation of this abbreviation; some claim that it is the original founders (Gorgen and Gregor). Others say that it has  something to do with with genetics. You know that GG-X originated for Europe and a lot of the senior staff are European. Most of the organisations work is, however, done in North America these days and there is plenty of people coming and going. They train you to be saviours and the solution to future challenges. Exactly what sort of problems is unclear (and is sometimes the focus of heated debates among the scientists) but you know that there are other organisations that are pushing the limits of what is possible, and not always with humanities best interest in mind.  The reason for using animals is to take advantage of you nature-given skills and abilities. This also means that your training is very flexible.  -Simply do what comes naturally. This means that some of you have had access to experimental technology, while others have gone through a more traditional education with focus on language and history. Combat training has of course been popular with the predators. You have lived here for five years, in this underground facility. There has also been other mutated animals, most notably the badger sisters even if they usually keep to themselves. Others are just seen briefly. You are not free. They treat you well, speak to you as equals and try to cater to your needs and desires, either it is food, TV, training or recreation. No cage. But you are not free It is a growing frustration, being limited to this base, no matter how remarkable it is.  They patiently talk to you with empathy and explain again again how the outside world would fear you. All this makes sense...you are not free. In a silent agreement with the other animals, you continue your training.  -One day, things will change. One day an opportunity will appear, either it is a mistake or a sudden need for your skills and you will be prepared. Today is that day.
This is great! It's kind of like 'S.H.E.L.D. for Animals
