Word Wrap

The text entry function should have a word wrap feature so you can resize without having to manually add line breaks.

Text entry where? All of the Roll20 text entry fields I can think of have word wrap. The only place that doesn't is the code entry for custom sheets and API scripts.

I think the OP means the Text tool for writing text on the VTT.
