Large Asylum Map help

Hello,  I've just started with Roll20 and have underestimated the learning curve or over estimated my ability to learn on the fly. In either case, we are playing the first part of Pathfinder's Strange Aeons this coming Friday night. I've created the map in Dungeon Painter Studio, have it resized to be under 10 MB and have uploaded it to a page.  Some of the tiles I used on the map are meant to be five ft squares. However, I can't seem to resize the page/image so that those squares line up with the ones provided by the grid on Roll 20. I could simply just draw a grid on the image in GIMP or Photoshop, but if I do that, will Fog of War still work?  My main question is, can someone tell me what I need to do to make this image fit properly? It is currently 29.996 wide x 39.575 tall (3000 x 3958) @ 100.012 DPI. I have created the page to be that big, but the grid is still much larger. Color me confused...  And thank you for your help.
Change the DPI to 72 and the dimensions should make sense

Actually 70px/unit, for the purposes of Roll20. Here's a page that can help clarify.
