Layer Permissions

I know additional layers are something on the horizon so I don't know if this is already in the works so just throwing this out there. It would be neat to be able to control permissions on a layer for who can see it, this would facilitate things like one player can see invisible objects. Or if one player went invisible or stealthed they could still see their token but remain hidden to other players.
