Those are from Tales of the Old Margreve (which has the TOM abbreviation). If the person who created the game you are trying to create a character in has purchased TOM, then you'll see options from it in the compendium (assuming they have compendium sharing turned on).
The thing is I can see the options, but I Can't see the actual class option.. I mean, when I level the class, I'm given options to take from TOM but not the classes
They are subclasses for warlock, not full classes. If you are experiencing a specific issue, perhaps post a screenshot to help understand what problem you are having?
