Greetings Roll20. I'm a lightly experienced 5th Edition D&D player looking to join a new 5th Edition D&D group that I feel would be a great long term fit for me as part of a longer term thing and a fresh start in a different campaign. I'm aiming for a group that I'll be able to make some nice friends with and have good times together. I'm looking to play here on Roll20 for the campaign stuff and communicating/voice chatting with Discord. Ideally it would be at the start of a new campaign which starts at Level 3. Joining a group in the middle of a campaign which is at level 3 could also be considered, since I don't know if there are many campaigns out there official or homemade that would fit with a Level 3 start. --- Me and my character: My character is a Level 3 Human Lore Bard, Chaotic Good alignment. I played them through a D&D 5th Edition Lost Mines of Phandelver campaign for around 10 sessions before I decided to leave the campaign. I'm looking to carry this character over into a different group and campaign. I eventually decided to leave the LMoP group due to some incompatibilities me and my character had with some aspects of the group. I really enjoyed playing my character in general but sometimes it's better to find something different that is more what you're looking for. Scheduling: As far as scheduling, I'm in the US Central timezone and am looking to play weekly, hopefully twice a week if it works for the group. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays are the days that work for me, and late afternoons and evenings are usually the best starting times for a session. I could try doing earlier afternoons on Saturdays too if that works best with everyone's schedule or gearing up for a lengthier session. General Content & Group Preferences: I'm most open to a general fantasy setting sort of campaign/adventure set in the Forgotten Realms somewhere, since that's where my character originates. I'm not looking to join a pay-to-play group. I'm looking to play in a group that features only Good aligned player characters in the party. For content I'm fine with R rated content and that sort of thing, but I do hope for the players and the DM to exercise good sense and making sure all the players are comfortable with something in regards to more adult oriented content or topics. I'm open for small bits of homebrew as well. There may be a thing or two with my character I'd want to do some homebrew with such as a feat I feel fits the character, which my previous DM had approved for me to take at Level 4. I always want to communicate things like this though to make sure that both the DM and the other players in the group are okay with it. --- If I seem like someone who'd be a good fit for your group, I'd love to hear from you and I'll respond when I'm able. I can PM you my character sheet details from where my character left off in the previous campaign, and give a thorough list of more specific preferences I have in what I'm looking for in a group. I can also PM you my Discord contact info.
