Marketplace Purchaces not Searchable in Art Library

When I search in the art library while logged into a game, none of my marketplace purchases show up. I can still find them if I click on Premium Assets and open each set individually, but the search function doesn't connect to anything except the new Pathfinder Second Edition content. I'm not sure when this issue started occurring, but I think it was before I purchased the Pathfinder Second Edition Core Book.

I've tried using both Firefox and Chrome browsers, latest versions for both. I've cleared the cache for both. I'm using Windows 10, I have Javascript enabled, and I don't run any anti-virus. I use Ghosterly/ScriptSafe extensions, but I've allowed all scripts from Roll20 to go through and I've tried disabling them and all other extensions.

This is a Firefox Console Log after opening a game and searching for "goblin" in the token art library:

I've since noticed that some other search options do return results. I can find objects from the sets of "Animated Magical Effects (by Wolf's Forge)" and "Adversaries - Guards (by Forgotten Adventures)", for instance. I believe those are among my most recent purchases.

I'm not sure if it's related or not, but I also can't find "Galaxy Interface (by 2D Storyteller)" in my library even when looking manually in game, although I do have it among my marketplace purchases, and I purchased that one fairly recently as well.

Hello all  -
We are still investigating this issue and are working towards a resolution, we are consolidating additional report threads from the following:

I too have this problem and I own a number of map packs. This lack of search, by key word, is making my building of game maps very time consuming. When do you expect to have a fix? This has been out for a couple of weeks now.

August 10 (5 years ago)

ANY UPDATE ON THIS? I don't understand how marketplace creators are not more panicked by this! I usually buy 2-4 packs of tokens each week to get access to images I need for my game, but now I've stopped to buy because what's the point if you can't search for what you need?

This should not be a hard fix to do and it is supposed to be of high priority. You broke it, undo what you did to break it.

The quality of this site has radically gone down this past year, and it's sad, you used to have such a great product, but you keep breaking it.

Same here. All that shows up is things I can purchase, and web searches. (Even purchasing something in the list, causes it to disappear).
I'm having to go google image search tokens I need, and upload them to make NPC/mobs I need to add for tonight's game.

Something more substantial than "we know about it, and we're working on it" could go a long way. You've known about it for two weeks now. How about a summary in layman's terms of what you think the problem is and how long it might take? Tell us how you're pulling out your hair and poking yourself in the eye to make it happen. We know there'll be problems, and we can deal with it, but when you don't communicate, it just looks like you don't care.

I too hope we can get a resolution to this issue soonish. Cheers!

August 11 (5 years ago)

Chiming in to add more hope that this gets resolved quickly. It used to take me 2-3 hours to build out a couple of fully-fledged, high production value maps for my players. Now I'm looking at 4-6 hours due to having to manually comb through all the content that I've purchased, and that's just more time than I can spare during my working week prep sessions. Hopefully a fix is on the horizon.

August 11 (5 years ago)

I posted in another thread about this but since this is the consolidated thread for the issue, I would like to add my report that this is also happening to me and it is quite an annoying issue and I hope it gets high priority.

August 11 (5 years ago)

I too am having this issue.

Same big rip -- I'm still looking into it myself for any possible hope.
August 12 (5 years ago)

Yup yup, been having this issue for several weeks. I've had to stop doing sessions due to the fact that I can't take the time necessary to prepare anymore.

August 12 (5 years ago)

yep... I've had to canx last week's session and will have to canx wednesday's if things don't improve post haste...

Yey, monday and time for an upcoming fix! The last week was terrible.

I hope you will get this fixed soon. It makes building my maps much more difficult. Even when you set to "Everything", you still do not get your own purchases.

August 12 (5 years ago)

I am having this issue as well.

August 12 (5 years ago)

We're due for an update today on the situation. I still don't understand how something that has this big an impact, worked fine for years, cannot be fixed quickly. Let's hope the update will be that it will be fixed this week. There's no good reason not to be.

August 12 (5 years ago)

Hi y'all! This issue has been given top priority by our Dev team and we're currently working on a solution. As soon as one is finished and tested, it will be sent out as a Hotfix. Thanks again for your continued patience!

It's definitely working much better now. Thank you.

I don't know how to see an item's tags, but a search for "treasure" brings up everything from the Game Props Dungeon and Game Props Dungeon 2. Those sets include treasure but also things like bars, blood, bones, braziers, cell doors, and so on. Things that are definitely not treasure. Is it just that everything in the sets share the same tags, or is there still some kind of problem?

Regardless, it's much better than having to look through each set individually. Thanks again!

Edit: I just discovered that tags can be seen by hovering over an item's sample image in the Marketplace. It appears that the images for bars and blood don't have the "treasure" tag.

Yes, it does now seem to be working. That's great!

August 15 (5 years ago)

This is great news, thanks, you should make a blog post or something to let everyone know, this was a huge deal for a lot of DM's.
