Error while launching game

I have been having the same problems. As DM, changing the Compendium used (Settings > Campaign Settings > Access Compendium In Game) to "Test" has allowed me to access my games.

Hello ! It has now been more than a week that I can't connect to one of my games.I don't get any error code or anything of the sort, it just stucks on the loading screen eternally. The chat doesn't appear, neither is my name. It's like I am not connected, and the same goes for my players. Any tips ?
