Pathfinder Society: What is it

Pushing this back to the top. Alot of people have indicated that rather than do 3-5 hour scenarios, they want something a little more in depth and off the rails. We are switching to test doing 8-15 modules for PFS credit, wherein you gain a full credit level on completion. Join us during our time of change, and find out why this community continues to grow at a rapid pace.

May i ask, if i am creating a 1st level character and he does not have any restricted spells/feats (like create items) and not evil, then i just have to choose the faction and he is ok for PFS? I have read the guide and this what impression i got, but did i missed anything?

More or less. 20 point build; races and class archetypes that arent restricted by the pathfinder additional resources page. If you'd like help  reviewing your character you can certainly send it my way, or post it to the google groups.

i might wanna join too.. new to roll20 and pathfinder. Can a gnome dual cursed oracle with extra revelation work? thinking of oracle as a learning character :D 

Yes, Gnome dual cursed oracle works quite well, many players with that setup take Misfortune as their revelation.  You guys can PM me if you'd like to know more, or follow the links in the original post. Look forward to seeing you.

Just wondering; how come kobolds aren't one of the allowed races to play as?

They are pretty particular in not allowing typically evil races. It may be relaxed soon as kobolds of golarion is being released soon.

I been curious about PFS, it seems to me the system is the easy way yo learn PF/Roll20.....I have only one 3.5 game under my belt from last week and PFS probably fit my schedule (weekends) without leaving a hole on somebody else campaing

I don't see many PFS games on Roll20. Does anyone run one with a slot open?

Chris Been trying to play for the first time myself but the problem is @PFS game collective google group games show up with a short notice and games tend to fill up fast or I can't make it because I'm doing something else The Warhorn is more organized with dates in the calendar but I don't see any low lvl 1 games pop often, unless I'm looking at the wrong place
