My Campaign is stuck on loading screen for me

I am running a Curse of Strahd campaign. Recently got a bug that has me stuck on the loading screen no matter how many times I reload the page. I tested my other campaigns and non of them have this issue. Asked my players if they had any issues and they do not, they can load and interact properly. I've tried running Roll20 for that campaign on both Chrome and Firefox with no change. the campaign room is titled Curse of Strahd - Venture into Barovia. Please help.
Hello Darkantor, I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue.  There is a known issue where having both AFoW and Global illumination on for a page, can cause this issue. As such, please ensure that you do not enable both of these at the same time until this issue has been made. I have gone ahead and passed this information along to the devs. As soon as we have more information, we will let you know. Thanks.
Hey Darkantor, I'm not able to recreate the issue. Are you still having trouble launching the game today?
Hey Ceejay, Yeah I'm still having trouble. I can't load into my game at all. It room opens, but it is stuck on loading the actual campaign map. It is frozen on the loading page, can't interact with anything. It is essentially impossible to even try to look through anything. Can't look at my map tabs, journal, settings, nothing. Just plain unusable.
I seem to be having a similar issue to this. Maybe a dumb question, but if it is being caused by Global Illumination and AFoW, how does one fix that when the game won't load enough to interact with any of the maps?

This should be a separate thread, but a quick answer would be to promote a player or a dummy account to GM. They should be able to load wherever the player flag is currently. The new temporary GM then edits all the page settings they feel necessary without actually navigating to them. This should allow the primary GM to load the campaign normally.

Your suggestion solved the issue. Luckily my players were in a different map from the one affected so I was able to do your suggestion of the dummy account. Again, thank you for the save!
