
A player tried to submit a reply to an existing direct message thread (via Roll20) and encountered an unspecified error message. When I attempt to read the existing thread I see an error number; see below. What is the proper method to communicate this to Roll20's support team? Posting on a public forum seems like an odd method but the only option available?
