Corrupted direct message

A player tried to submit a reply to an existing direct message thread (via Roll20) and encountered an unspecified error message. When I attempt to read the existing thread I see an error number; see below. What is the proper method to communicate this to Roll20's support team? Posting on a public forum seems like an odd method but the only option available? Anyway, this a server-side issue -- not a client/browser issue -- and the error number is: 4405129715f44dc28ed07debcb333163

Hello DiceWrangler, I am sorry to hear that a player has encountered this issue. To rule out possible causes and provide a baseline for support, please have them carefully work through these steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have them thoroughly work through all of the requested information in Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
