In the mean-time, you can use this hack by Simone B. The linked thread instructs you how to create a browser bookmark that will, when clicked, hide everyone's name, shrink the turn order window, remove the "name:" prefix from character abilities in the macro bar, and make the macro bar word-wrap. The changes only last until the page refreshes, and don't apply to anything not already on the page (such as a player who has not yet logged into the game); you'd have to click it each game session, whenever someone shows up late, etc.
