Player with ownership problems.

I have a player in my game that, for some reason, cannot see any token that are associated with journal entries under his control. If I make a new token, and associate that with his character, the new one wont work either. Even other players are able to see his tokens, when he can't see himself. Nothing has changed about the tokens, or the journal, as far as we can tell. It just started one day, and we can't figure out why. It only happens to one of my players, and he doesn't have this issue in other campaigns that he is in. I feel like I double checked all the settings on my end. What could I be doing wrong?
Hey Chris S. - Would you mind providing us with the name of the game in question as well as the name of a journal entry in his control that is having issues? Once we get this information, we can do a bit more investigating. Thanks!
The game is "World of Beasts" and the journal entry is "Zakar the Cure."(under characters/players)
Hi Chris - Would you mind also providing me the name or a link to that player's Roll20 profile, please? Thank you!

Hey Chris S. - Unfortunately, I have been unable to reproduce this from my end or see anything that seems off with your game. To best troubleshoot this, would it be possible for that player to provide us with screenshots or a screen recording of the issue from their point of view? If not, no worries at all; we can try some other avenues to investigate what might be going on here. Thank you!
When I run the game, I have a second window open with a player view for streaming purposes. You can see when it happened from my computer on the stream at this timestamp: https://youtu.be/85kAe-KnaAc?t=7899 This is what that player was seeing at that exact moment: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/249729725784784897/633163130721271819/bugreport.jpg He also noted that while he is visible in the initiative tracker, his token only shows as a broken image link. Is there a possibility that we could run into technical problems with a campaign file that is very old? I don't remember exactly when this game was started, but it's almost as old as Roll20 itself. This campaign has endured every major change to the service since it began. Is that common?
Hi Chris S. - Hmmm, that's very strange. This could very well be related to the game's age. However, for us to best continue investigating this, would you mind reviewing and/or answering the below information whenever possible, please? We really appreciate your patience and the additional details you provide. If the user clicks near the area that the token is supposed to be, do they see an outline, or a menu, or anything else pop up? Would your player mind providing us with a console log during the point at which they experience the issue? Directions for providing a console log in Chrome can be found here . Firefox will have the same process as what is noted in the Chrome article except it uses a different interface, which is explained here . Would you mind creating a new game, inviting that player, and trying to reproduce the issue in that game as well?
Sorry, I haven't had the chance to test out any of those, yet. But I was able to fix the problem by deleting the art asset entirely and uploading it again. If you would like me to try to help you reproduce the bug, or try some things out to help you troubleshoot it, I'm willing to help.
