Greetings and Salutations. My name is Marceline. I'm 27 years old and feel I'm a nice middle ground between your age group. I'm a longtime DND enthusiast and have been actively DMing for 2 years now while playing dnd for 12. The System I would run would be dungeons and dragons 5th edition. I find it easiest to get into the swing of. Now I will be forthright with a couple things. I will be the first to admit I'm not the best DM. I can be forgetful of previous rulings if they are a custom ruling i have made to allow a player to do something fun or interesting and not written down somewhere. I also can only play for 3 hours to perhaps 3 and a half. However I am a very family friendly DM in regards to the fact that I don't go into ghastly gore descriptions, include content that may upset someone, and I'm very open minded to those with special conditions as I myself am on the Autism Spectrum. The worst thing I would subject most of your characters to (aside from the accidental character death, of which Resurrection is a thing) would be a burning of your town by bandits after everyone had been run out. I do admit to sometimes making spooky monsters like my favourite beast from the shadowfell that i homebrewed. it oozes slime and has 6 legs and 2 screaming faces. I am always willing to listening to someone's reasoning as to why they should be able to do something and I try to allow players to have the most fun they can while all staying together and not getting arrested permanently. Another thing I suppose I would mention is that I'm only looking for 30$ a session for a group of 6-7 players although if you wish you may tip a bit more on top of that but i would not ask for or expect it. As for your wants, All standardized rules are of course used in D&D 5e as is not a terribly complicted system, i'd be happy to teach anyone who doesn't know. I'm even used to teaching children as I've worked in a daycare before, although i was teaching math. I can easily keep track of date and time but i'll also be keeping track of food and money needed to spend to do things in game. There may be the chance that you run out of money in game but there will always be opportunity to earn what you need in a variety of ways. I can make a game with a storyline or just put you in a fantasy world that has simple problems that need solving and ancient tombs to explore.
