same here, pretty much: 1) stuck at the black screen with the Roll20 logo and the "Loading..." text. 2) I started having this problem a few days ago already. 3) sometimes the game does start but it seems to be a 1 in 15 chance. * when it does open normally, everything else works fine (I think). ... at least I am not the only one experiencing this problem. Something that might be noteworthy: In firefox and chrome I get the following error message within the browser console, ReferenceError: soundManager is not defined To try and fix this I already did the following: 1) erased the game chat log. 2) cleaned my browser cache. 3) disabled most extensions. 4) tried opening my Roll20 games with firefox * this resulted in the same problem. * chrome is the browser I use for roll20 normally. Other Data: * using windows 10, 64 bit * logging in from Germany * using Kaspersky total security * Chrome Version: 77.0.3865.120 (Official Build) (64-bit) * just like a user stated in a post above mine, I am working on character sheets currently.
