The year is 2005; it is four years of the events of [GOLDEN WIND]. Our story takes place in the country of mexico. Mexico is known for their long stretches of virgin beaches, numerous white sands, and beautiful coastal resorts. Mexico stands out when compared with other countries of the world in many aspects. These include but as not limited to inventors, celebrities, cultural events, cuisine and drinks! However, the current state of affairs outside of the resorts is not well, the current government is fully corrupt and is a slave to the will of the cartel. There is hope though, a group of dreamers known as (Sueño) are planning to rise up and overthrow the government; they plan to hunt down and eliminate the cartel and lead mexico into a new age of prosperity. They will face many challenges in this task, will they succeed?
