Can't Change Game Banner

Hi! So, my DM created a game for us to do one-shots with a few months back, but recently I asked him if I could DM them to get some practice in. He said yes and gave me GM privileges in the game, but for some reason I cannot change the game's banner in any way, despite this. Is this a Roll20 oversight or something that I can fix? Edit: I also cannot change the game's tags, schedule our next game, or... Do anything GM-ish on the game's homepage, really.

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Hi Rainflame! I don't think any of the above are the issues, because when I create a new game as a test, it works just fine. Is it possible I simply cannot change these setting because I was not the one who created the game? If so, is there an option that can be implemented by the person who did or Roll20 in general that can fix this?
