Mutants and Masterminds 2nd Edition Character Sheet bugs

Hello there, i recently started playing MaM 2e and we are using the avaiable Character Sheet for it. Sadly we encounterd several issus with bugs for example you cannot put in your Toughness base Score without adding a new Attribute called tough-base and you have to compensate for a mathmetical error in the grapple check due to different size categories. I would fix those myself if i could find the code for it but it isent listed in the gitHub respetory or is it mentiont somewhere else than the dropdown menu of the character sheet selection. Does anybody have the code for that still lying around and could make it public again?

It exists there on github, there just happens to be a quirk with GitHub that it makes a stupid distinction between upper-case and lower-case names, and places lower-case things at the bottom.
