Hello. I'm a DM for a group that uses Roll 20 as a medium for their adventures, although we also share information between one another using tablets while I DM from my laptop. I wanted to test out the Player's Handbook for tablet users so they could more easily access spell information, but I found that after multiple tries that the compendium was never accessible. Every time I opened the compendium tab, it would present multiple links to the marketplace to purchase various handbooks. Is there something I am doing wrong? I have logged in-and-out multiple times and haven't had any luck. I even used the account I purchased the compendium for to log in to a laptop browser and the compendium was accessible through that. Is it not working correctly on anyone's tablets? These are the specs for the tablet: 10.1" IPS panel 2.5D touchscreen 800 x 1280 resolution 1.3GHz quad core processor 2GB RAM +16GB ROM Operating system: Android 9 If this isn't enough to handle the simultaneous operation of the player journal, chat, and compendium, is there another way that I can give my players access to critical spell information through the digital medium? They find it frustrating to view each spell individually by clicking the TINY edit button and scrolling down through the spell number details, and I thought it would be really nice to have access to all PC information through the Handbook. Am I S.O.L.?
