Player is in my game but I cannot kick them.

Some player is in my game but they are not listed in my Invite list to my campaign. I am the GM and started the game. I see their name and icon when I "Launch Game" like they are connected but I have no option that I can find to kick or disconnect them. I can only reset or reconnect but that does nothing. Any advice?

You could invite a dummy player, and then boot them. That will reset the URL for the game. That should keep a booted player or a character who has "Left Game" from accessing the game via bookmark. Your players will still be able to log in normally, though if they were logging in via bookmark, they'll need to update those. If that doesn't do anything about the player still appearing as if they are still in-game, then you'll probably need to write to team@roll20.net to resolve.
Hi Smoke - Were you able to get this resolved? If not, can you send me a link to the game in question and the players you need to be removed via Private Message to me, please? Thanks!

Thanks! I just tried to PM you but I got a message saying "Unauthorized to Post" ?? Seems I can't message you at all unless you got it. Anyway, The player name is only showing when I Launch Game and his name is "Sir Maidikis Maul" ... I have no options to get rid of him. I have not been successful at adding a dumby player and kicking them to remove this name. Not sure what links I can post without giving out the link to join my game publicly.
I finally figured it out. His name was like "Paul" on my invite list but his in-game name was just different... Couldnt match them up. So I just went through my list and Kicked the players that haven't joined up in a while. The problem is solved. Sorry for taking up anyone's time.
