[TRIAL][SPECIAL SESSION][Summer III 1524 HC] The Trial of Dragomir "Drago" Black [3pm EST][8 Nov 2019]

The Kallanon recently discovered an attempt to break into the forbidden archives of The Cohort Arcanum. When looking into this matter he tracked down a small imp to the location of Presphine's shop. This creature is the familiar of Dragomir "Drago" Black, a Junior Assosciate of The Cohort Arcanum. Drago has been taken into the custody of The Cohort, and placed in the donjon below the halls. A trial is to be scheduled, and held so that the young man may make his defence in front of both The Council, and the rest of The Cohort. Members of The Cohort are free to attend. Additionally they are free to testify for, or against the accused. The Kallanon as well as the rest of The Council will take into account all testimonies, as well as the details of the event in question. OOC: This will be our first trial. Please post below if you want to attend, as well as what times you are available. Obviously whatever time we choose Hats4Cats must be available as one of his characters is on trial. This session is both free, and open to all members of The Cohort Arcanum. The session does not have to be scheduled for this week, but Dragomir will not be able to adventure or take downtime actions until the trial has concluded.

OOC: How long is the session scheduled to be? Also can I get a lawyer or any kind of help for that matter? A copy of the rules I broke would be really useful, need to know exactly to the letter what I did wrong. Also can i request character witnesses in my flavor. Sunday and Saturday would be best suited for this if not will have to be next week. 

Hunter will gladly attend and testify if needed. Friday 530-9 est; Saturday 5-9 eat; Sunday 5-9 est.

Korak I don’t think would attend seeing what he is going to do next downtime. He was planning to learn the language of Silver’s people and would tell her and the queen of Dragos situation and see if they would put in a good word for the boy. He would leave a note with his testimony though and ask that it not be made public unless needed.     “The boy can be a nuisance during our travels and gets into a lot of mischief but when it comes down to it he is reliable in a fight and seems to take care of his comrades. That being said I do not know all of his intentions and this needs to be looked into, if nothing malicious comes from his intent I would suggest a firm slap on the wrist. He needs to realize what his actions can cause but having Drago jailed would be a loss to the arcanum.”

OOC: This is not a modern trial with lawyers and the like. I don't expect it to be as long as a normal session. My guess would be 1-2 hours. My weekend is already packed unless one of the groups wants to agree to hold the trial in lieu of one of the sessions.

 I can do 6pm EST, 10gmt today if everyone can join. It is a short 1 hour thing for people who might want to  sleep. If not Friday is a no go but adding it to a weekend session is possible but only if the people signed up want to do that. If none of them work then next week it is!

I've talked to Stephen, and it seems that 3pm EST on Friday is the best time for the trial. How does that work for everyone?

I will be sending in a letter in my absence as I definitely cannot make that.

I wouldn't be able to make it, but my characters don't know Drago so I'm not exactly critical to it going ahead. xD

I will try to listen in but Diesa is spending the second turn of summer in Baruk-Azhik so im not sure she can be there in person.

This session will take place during Summer III

I think I'll have Takumir attend. Rob is too on his guard currently.
