Looking for Suggestions for a Sci-fi Mech setting

I have been looking up and down for a Battletech or Mech warrior kind of RPG setting yet all the post I find are 5-7 years old. I was hoping to pick the brains of the roll20 community to help me get started. I am guessing that because most of the games books are out of print that they are not as marketable as the newest rule sets. I have found a few Sci-fi token packs and planets packs. Maybe I am just looking for a little guidance, I like how all the 5e content fits together on roll20 and hoping that I'm just over looking something to get the right mech feeling in a game. Any help would be great!

I'm a huge Battletech nerd and I am happy to inform you there are a few great options. First, and newest, is Lancer. I helped kickstart it with my 9,439 closest friends. I actually haven't got a chance to play it yet but it looks promising with a rules-lite style game. For more of a gritty mech rpg I would suggest Mekton. My friend and I built a couple of sample suits and there's definitely A LOT of options. Its a kind've overwhelming and there's definitely some cheese but for the true Battletech experience that might be your best bet. Finally, I ran a game in pathfinder (basically D&D) where every character was a npc class that could pilot a mech with player character levels. It was very homebrew but everyone had fun in the end. Hope you have fun with whatever you choose! Edit: I can't believe I forgot about Starfinder! You could build custom ships for each mech and equip them with starship weaponry. The players, with normal classes, can pilot these mechs.
Hey Zugg, This is off-topic for this forum so I'll be closing this thread. Starfinder is highly recommended for your needs here, though!
