I got the same issue in Puerto Rico. Have done all the steps in the troubleshoot section and nothing worked. Still unable to load since this morning at about 8:10 am. ISP is Liberty.
im on brazil, and only on my pc that trouble occurs, on my work computer works fine, this is really weird here has a .net framework update, i'll made that update and i tell if that work and nothing after the update, same problem
Brazil here as well. No rooms are working, old ones or just created ones. Tried firefox and chrome. Tried cleaning cache. Just stuck on infinite loading screen
I'm trying to join my game in a game in a campaign that has been going on for months and I can't get past the loading screen. It doesn't matter what browser I use, etc.. I'm a member of 3 games and I can't get in any of them. I have never had this problem until today. I live in Central Florida. Thanks.
Email sent with as much info as I could think of. Could log in on the app on my phone, couldn't log in using my phone as a hotspot. Wellington here. You know, we could all get together and play on a real table!

FlyingMonkey said: Don't know if anyone has tried this yet, but I just connected through a VPN and loaded fine. Definitely a regional issue. Yeah the VPN idea worked for me too
Also central florida, I've attempted using several different devices, disabling addons, clearing caches, and uninstalling/reinstalling browsers. It won't load on my iPhone XR, Laptop, or my Desktop
Right Duckmonster, I dropped the vpn and tested ok, connect vpn back to miami, tested ok, I have also tested on almost every browser save for IE as im on linux and it seems to work now, gonna try and clear browser data and relog see what happens?
I can confirm as well. Why the hell does this work? If you're using Firefox, you can download a free browser based VPN for this... And then just uninstall it, because they're kinda shite.
Getting a 503 from this url in Florida. <a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js</a>
I have tried several completely different networks. I have tried different computers. I have tried PCs and Macs, different browsers. Tried getting in from different angles on the Roll20 site. Still, unable to access my games. Going to be an interesting game night. Good thing I just transferred my notes to Google Drive! (Still many things I need here tho!)
Orlando area, and having the same issue. My friend, however (also in the Orlando area) is not having these issues. I can confirm that using a proxy server (spoofing a Canada IP address, in this case) solves the issue.
Similar deal; different browsers, extensions/no extensions, central FL area, no dice (browser errors showed issues connecting to the firebase content). The above recommendation to connect through the chrome hotshield vpn extension worked.
South FL, on AT&T Fiber and having the exact same issue. Two of my players are in south FL as well but on Comcast and not having the issue, for whatever it's worth.
No official response? Its obviously not an isp thing as several different users with different providers are having issues. Seems like a regional roll20 server issue.

Maybe, nothing coming up on here though: <a href="http://status.roll20.net/" rel="nofollow">http://status.roll20.net/</a>
We're still investigating all of the reports - thank you so much for sending them, and for your incredible patience. There appears to be a regional ISP issue at play here. I'm glad to see some of you are finding success with VPNs. All of our services are up and functioning smoothly, with successful connections from all other regions, which makes this a tricky investigation. We'll update you with anything we find, and please keep sending us your reports and status as it evolves. Appreciate you and all of your help.
