Image and microphone bugs

Hello! I have just played three hours of Roll20 and loved it. Here's a few bugs encountered: Windows 7 - Chrome 25.0.1364.97 - Flash 11.6.602 - Javascript and Cookies enabled. First, a player had to get in through the hangout link for his audio and mic to work. Through Roll20 = no good. Through g+ = yay! Second, all the time I dragged a image from the search on the left the picture didnt appear. Only once or twice it did work, the rest... nops. Third: pleeease let me duplicate my card decks, pleeeeeeease! Thanks, Angelo

Angelo,  1) Could you elaborate further on what was wrong with the voice capability? Which method was your group using: Tokbox, WebRTC, or G+? All users must be using the same method in order to successfully use A/V in Roll20.  2) Could you elaborate further on what was wrong with dragging images? Your statement has me a bit confused since the Art Library is on the right side (rather than the left).  3) Duplication of Card Decks was recently added to the Dev server. When it is fully tested it will probably be pushed to the Main server.  - Gauss
1) We were all in G+, but if he tried to get in through roll20 website, no voice. I sent him the hangout address and he got in via the link. It worked perfectly. 2) I, the GM, was draggin images from the bar (really on the right, sorry) to the table. I searched the term, clicked and dragged to the table and then released the click. 3) Yeah! Thanks, Angelo.

1) To make sure I understand correctly, your player tried to connect to the game through Roll20 or through the Google+ Hangout link on Roll20?  2) Dragging from the Art Library on the right hand side should work. Could you look around your map to see if the tokens got misplaced or are underneath another object? Sometimes that happens.  - Gauss
1)  He tried to connect via Roll20 google hangout link, from the campaign site. No audio. Then, he left and pasted the link of the hangout in his browser and audio+mic worked. 2) I deleted everything from the map just to test this. Dragged different images and none worked.

Could you show me a screenshot of what images you are trying to drag?  - Gauss
Next game I'll do that.
