Impossible to upload files larger than 2.5MB on the Roll20 Marketplace

Hi all, I designed maps for Roll20 that are very large. As Roll20 accept files up to 10MB I thought I could sell files up to this limit on the marketplace but I cannot upload files larger than 2.5MB with the Upload Set Images button. Every file that weights near or above 2.5 MB always get stuck incomplete. Furthermore an incomplete upload systematically stuck the process and files after are not uploaded and the successfully uploaded files are not saved. This really upsets me as my maps are very detailed and large and even though I can (and have) split them into multiple files it is very time consuming to do so as 2.5 MB is really quick to reach considering my mapstyle which is very detailed so JPEG compression does not a good job on it and screw all the details. Most of my 50x50 square maps are larger than 2.5MB with 38 quality setting in Photoshop which is not great... Is there a way to fix this or is there an alternate way to upload files ? Thank you beforehand for your help :) PogS

You might want to reach out to the team through email as you should get a quicker response. I do not know if there is a specific email for content creators but the standard address is Team@roll20.net.

Hm. You should be able to upload up to 5MB file size with a free account. Although I have heard that the naming bug is supposed to be fixed, make sure the file ends with .jpg, and not .jpeg. I'm not familiar with the Marketplace upload procedures, so perhaps one of the Marketplace contributors can shed some light on that process.

Thanks for your replies guys. I already sent a mail to the team on the 27th of November alas I still have no answer yet :/ Thinking about the problem, it may be a timeout set on the loading page that stops the process.
Hi PogS, I found your email and sorry for the delay on this. I will get in touch with the team and get some eyes on this. Thank you for your patience on this!
