The name "/campaign-5715674-kxUNgn7Z0_dbIfJkKkjKfg" is already in use by container e95c8daf7fc20840d1a7f9e83d9e6e740af6e7ad04e1625025a1a14039d5f34d. You have to remove (or rename) that container to be able to reuse that name..
