TORG Eternity custom sheet help

GiGs said: the roll macros seem to be designed to put characters on the tracker, setting up their initiative. It looks to me like they should work fine with the tracker, and its using the tracker for the purpose intended. Of course, in torg itself, you dont do initiative the way most games do, so the tracker itself might need some finessing to work with torg. It's not an issue with this sheet, its an issue of not being totally compatible with torg's initiative system - the tracker expects everyone to have an initiative number and go in order of that number. Yeah I was hoping to just use it as a way to track which goons have gone. Like maybe give all heroes one number and all mooks one villains one number. IDK, hadnt looked at it yet.
GiGs please help! The Roll REsult Buttons that output on rolls in chat are not working all the time. Heres an example: On the "Attack with Iron Fist Technique" he rolled a 12. So he clicked Possibility to roll again, but as you can see (at the bottom) it thinks the last roll was a 32. Its like it got stuck on the roll a few attempts ago (it was a 32). Sometimes hitting the Poss button would work - and it would calculate with the correct previous roll, and sometimes it would do this crap.

With that rolltemplate, you manually enter the last roll. I think the only way it can get the wrong number like that is if the player entered 32 instead of 12 by mistake. There might conceivably have been a server issue with the last roll being stuck for several rolls, but that would be an actual roll20 bug, nothing to do with the sheet. It seems pretty unlikely. I'm using a different approach for the rolltemplate on the new sheet I'm working on, which might be able to avoid that manual entry.

The "inline buttons" have always gotten the previous rolls before, and when you hit one of the buttons it doesn't ask you the player for the previous roll. It DOES do that with the Possibility button at the top of the sheet however. Also, it continues to do this even now after reloads, so I dont know if that makes a difference to the reasoning of it being a ROll20 issue. I'm not sure is has anything to do with it, but it SEEMED to do this after getting the error to make sure you have the token selected, then click the token, then reclicking the Poss. button. If you are going to do another sheet for TORG, you should set up a donate. And you need to look at this just because its very cool. https://daddydm.wordpress.com/software-apps/torg-chargen/

That's a cool program. It's giving me a better idea of the fields I need to create to store information on armour, perks, etc. Regarding the stuck number: I misunderstood how that worked. The sheet is using a clever method to store a roll in the turn tracker, and then the possibility roll macro reads that. (I'll have to incorporate that method myself.) So for some reason the number in the turn tracker got stuck at 32. You can fix this (hopefully) by clearing the turn tracker. You might need to check if that character has two tokens on the map - if so, the turn tracker can get confused. I'd remove his token, try a roll, and make sure you get the "no token exists" error - to make sure no token is misplaced somehwere on the map. Then put his token back on the map.

I think what might be happening is the player has something else selected, then hits Possibility button. The turn tracker saves that roll and provides that when you go back and hit possibility after you select the token. (i believe the 32 was just random) I say this because when it happened I looked at the TT and there was a card with a roll.

could be - it''ll save the last roll, whatever it was, so if they trigger any roll from the sheet (or any roll which has the &tracker command), it'll overwrite the last roll
