Cannot Drag Token from Bio & Info Tab [I KNOW THE CAUSE]

Text elements in the bio are overlapping the token image.  If the bio is only a few lines tall, only those few lines are overlapping and the user can drag the lower portion of the image. If a bio is taller than the image, it overlaps the entire image and the user cannot find any space on the image to click and drag. There might be a solution with adjusting the z-index

Just in case: dragging from the Bio and Info tab will generally work, but it's not the normal workflow. The intent is to drag the character from the journal tab onto the VTT.
