Advanced Fog of War and Dynamic Lighting Issues

I'm a bit new to DM'ing. Actually, running my first campaign on Roll20 or ever for that matter, and I am wanting to give my players some better immersion. We are halfway through my campaign and I have not been able to get my Advanced Fog of War or Dynamic Lighting to work properly as per some videos I have seen even ones on Roll20 itself. Could I please get some help? The issues are that the Advance FOW reveal distance is not reducing how far they can see, and with the dynamic lighting, I am giving them their appropriate sight distance but it is for some reason extending endlessly across any map I place my characters on, when they should only see about 60 max, and the Advanced FOW should be reducing it to 20ft as per module instructions.  I appreciate any and all help, as I am trying to start a new campaign soon in which I would prefer to figure out how to fix this issue before it starts so I don't run into the same problem from the beginning. Thank you for your time.
Hey imahunting13 - Would you mind providing me with the exact name of a game and token in which you are trying to set this up? I can pop in and take a look to give you a better recommendation! :)
The name of the game I am running is Curse of Strahd, and I've been trying to do it for all of my player tokens. Would any name do? If so, I will say to test it on Myra Scheppenackle (This is a player character name of a sheet which has a token on the map currently.)
