tl;dr A LongCon Dungeon World adventure called The Last Days of Anglekite could work well on Roll20. Anyone interested in playing and/or GMing a few sessions? Digging around today, I found a small publisher – Magpie Games – producing a series of Dungeon World adventures they call Chaos Worlds. https://www.magpiegames.com/our-games/chaos-worlds/ https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/173945/Chaos-Worlds-BUNDLE Sourcebooks providing settings, new classes, items, opponents, & rules to generate new, interesting games. Additionally, I read about the LongCon format which could work well for a short campaign on Roll20. https://gnomestew.com/the-long-con/ [W]hat is a Long Con? ... [I]t is a convention game that lasts multiple sessions. … [T]he long con feels a lot like a mini-campaign or even a regular campaign. I know the Dungeon World long con ... felt a lot like a campaign that had a beginning, middle, and end. It was one solid story arc. Though Roll20 isn't a convention, this style could suit those of us with limited resources (time, availability, familiarity) to play DW games and I see some positive potential. Put these together, I like The Last Days of Anglekite, a Chaos World by Brendan Conway . https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/145952/The-Last-Days-of-Anglekite One element specific to The Last Days of Anglekite is Fronts. Creating Fronts together is an important part of setting up for a Dungeon World LongCon. Creating your Fronts will create the dangers, enemies, and timeline (in the form of countdown clocks) for your game and get everyone on the same page. As such, it’s worth having each GM create a Front. If the Fronts are too individual, then dealing with them will result in disconnection in play. This adventure is written to take: 1~4 GMs 4~20 players 3+ sessions If I find other people are willing to Game Master a few sessions then I would be willing to run a few and also organize the whole deal. I already have some interest getting generated in my weekly one-shots group: https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/191080/ignotus-weekly-one-shots Is anyone interested?
