Constant crashing

Tonight and two thursdays ago, I have had huge issues with the interface crashing on me and the players about every 15 minutes or sooner for some.    We use various formats of windows, chrome or firefox.  Some of us have 3d dice on some don't; both times we have had voice but no video chat.   Any recommendations?  Is it just the time frame.  We usually have 2 computers on in one network and the other computers elsewhere (different cities, different area of town.

Could you give details of what occurred during the crash? Error messages, etc? Was there a red box in the top left corner of the screen? Were you in Google+ Hangouts, native Roll20?  If you were in native Roll20, were you using Tokbox or WebRTC? What time (include time zone and date please) did these events occur?  - Gauss
Also what did you mean by "crash"?
Native Roll20 with Tokbox.  March 7 and February 22 6-11 p.m. CST.  Some have 3D dice on some don't.  No video normally just voice chat.  between 2-7 users in the session. By crashing I mean, literally the browser would crash for firefox, and the user had to restart the browser to return to the game.  In Chrome the "the page has quit responding" has shown up and than I can click on reload and it returns to fine for a while.  There is no warning, no symptoms before the crash.   The only other potentially related thing is randomly some users can't hear all the other users. Often this is a one way problem, where the rest of the group can hear the person but only one person can't hear.  I don't know if this is connect or just our systems getting mad.  Normally exiting and returning fixes this issue. We plan on attempting no one having 3D dice on in our next session, but I am unsure whether that would resolve the problem or not.

Cassie, Tokbox is not an ideal means of communication. The problems with listening to each other is a common issue. Many people use Google+ Hangouts or Skype or any other program for voice communication instead.  Unfortunately, Tokbox is 3rd party so there hasnt been a lot that the Roll20 Devs can do about it. WebRTC is the hopeful replacement but it is very new technology that is not yet fully adopted by the various browsers.  Regarding the crashing, are only the 3d dice users crashing? 3d dice can cause crashing. Please let us know if anyone has any crashing after you stop using the 3d dice. If they do, could you please have the person that crashed open the console and copy any errors? For Chrome users the console can be accessed by hitting Ctrl+Shift+J. For Firefox it can be accessed via Ctrl+Shift+K or at the top go to Tools -> Web Developer -> Web Console.  Thanks - Gauss
