This feels like something with universal applicability. Making it so the info you write on a character's bio page can be written specifically for some players. That way, some characters may possess special knowledge in regards to a location or person that is easy to reference. Maybe it could be made in such a way that you can reveal pre-written textboxes piecemeal to the players, depending on how they approach or interact with the object in question? This is the sort of thing I've been expected to show up sooner or later for years now, I'm honestly surprised I still haven't found something like this yet.
