Initiative is not being calculated properly

Hello, I am encountering a problem in all of my games (5 of them) where my players iniative is not being calculated properly. Instead different numbers are being added. As you can see the iniative bonus should be +4, but the calculation is different. This means that instead only a +1 is being applied. I have checked every character sheet, all are applying different numbers from a +0 to a +7, but there is no reason why. I have checked the settings of the character sheets and nothing has chnaged since the last time we played. we are using D&D 5e by roll20 character sheet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20. Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache. If none of the above succeeds, please have your player thoroughly work through Step 4. (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) It seems to be using the Wisdom score instead of Dex.

It's using Survival. You can see the formula if you roll it and press the up arrow in chat.
