I looked around and I didnt see it.  But I was wondering if it is possible to create a script that turns the boarder of the screen red when a character they own has 0 HP and still has active death saves.  And then when they are dead it turns it black?  Do you guys think that this possible?

I don't know about the border of the screen, but you could write a script that puts a HUGE red aura on the token, large enough to flood the screen. Set it to editable to players, but not visible, and it will only be visible to the player who controls the token (and the GM).

Its not possible to put a border around the visible screen, or interact with the users visible window. Keith's approach is the best solution to this.
