Sharing content across two gaming groups

I bought all the 5E stuff I am the DM for one group (Group A) and a player in another group (group B). I'm trying to get Group B on the platform. the Group B DM would be fine to buy Avernus for $50 but doesn't want to buy everything I've already purchased. Can I just share my compendium's and have him purchase Avernus, or should I purchase Avernus but make him a GM in a game. Or give him my account password and share one account. thanks!

If you create the game and promote him to GM, all players will have access to the compendiums (per your sharing slot limit). If your friend wants to run Avernus and have access to the Compendium, it might be best for you to have ownership. Contact team@roll20.net and explain your situation. They may be able to transfer the purchase with corroboration from both of you. Or allow the return of one and you can purchase it on your own.
thank you!
