So through dumb luck (I accidently subscribed myself to DnD on quora), I got interested in playing the game. I've been reading through the rules and have even made two character using the 27-point buy system. (Goliath fighter and Half-Orc Paladin). After applying to atleast a dozen games, I have yet to get accepted to one. So I'm trying it this way, hoping a friendly DM will take this eager newbie on his first adventure.
