Moving to Specific Questions forum. You can PM a user if you have their account name. Go to your private messages page from your account drop down in the upper right corner of the site. Click on the New Private Message button. Where it asks for the recipient, just start typing the user's account name. I was able to bring up "Pankas" in this fashion.
