The “heros” put their plan into motion. After a few days of waiting around the pawn shop, the stranger finally shows up. Radril tries to come up with an excuse to go outside by “fake” coughing, but she can’t control herself and ends up hacking up a lung. Skari and Fosco follow the stranger to the mystics hollow while Fosco made chalk marks for Radril to follow. They lose track of him, but they think he was heading towards the house on the hill. As they are trying to remain inconspicuous, an old man, Eucris, approaches Fosco and asks him if he knows the color of the sky and that Fosco has been touched. Eucris warns them that they shouldn’t go to that house because a crazy old man lives there. After a somewhat confusing interaction, Radril is able to catch up to Fosco and Skari. They head towards the large house. There the stealthily peek in the windows and look around the house. Radril goes invisible as to not draw attention to herself, and just in case someone was to recognize her from the pawn shop. Once they reach the back of the house, they find a well. As they get close a little snake head pops up and spits coins directly in front. Once they get close, it springs to attack. During this encounter the creature shows itself to be a creature with 3 snake heads. Fosco goes invisible and, quite literally, blows it up using telekinetic projectile. After the fight they pick up the small bit of coins, and Fosco looks down the well to see a lot of shiny objects that are presumed to be coins. As they were “pressed” for time Fosco decides not to jump down the well and pick everything up. They carefully enter the house, but once they step inside they are met with a loud booming voice that says “WELCOME TO YOUR DEATHS HAHAHA”. Everyone being sure that the voice was nothing proceed further into the house following footprints that started towards where they entered. They look through the house similarly to a group of meddling kids and a dog. As they go through the rooms, Radril finds 2 vials of lesser healing potions in a false bottom of a drawer. Fosco finds 3 books that he wants to study later. They follow the footprints upstairs to the balcony. Fosco decides to kick down a door, putting his foot almost through it from the deuteriation of the door. In the room they find Ned. A disgusting creature that seems to have lived her for a long time. He asks the heroes release him, and if they do then he totally promises not to eat them even though he reeeaaally wants to. But he won’t, even if he wants to….totally. After a super long discussion, they decided, surprisingly, not to free Ned. In one of the other rooms there seems to have been something heavy placed on the windowsill. They go back downstairs and plan to follow the other set of footprints that lead toward the northern part of the house.
