Hey there, I've been using Roll20 for years now and in general, have loved it. The one thing that has plagued our group is the Jukebox cutting out/stopping working during games for random players. This happened before all the fantastic Dukebox updates and after as well. We have 6 players and a DM. While playing some people will be able to hear music while for others the music will stop and the track will have a frozen track counter. It can sometimes be fixed by A). The GM stopping the track and starting it again. B). refreshing the tab C). reloading the browser completely. None of these fixes work all the time. It is totally random how many people it will affect during a game session. We've tried Chrome and Firefox. Cleared caches. Made sure no addons are running. I've tried uploading every file format Roll20 can accept and multiple bit rates, with no success. What ever we do we all have issues at one time or another almost every game session. Its really disappointing and its gotten to the point where we now just load a Youtube video into Discord instead because we at least know that'll work for everyone. At one point we thought that it was something to do with the Fanburst API as was heavily implied by a Roll20 reply in another thread on this topic a couple of years ago. But that was obviously not the case as the problem persisted when Fanburst went offline. Are certain accounts/audio hosted on certain servers? Cheers!
