Charactermancer not giving items.

-Hello! Me and my friends have decided to start using Roll20 for our gaming session because of the current situation in the world. We have a problem tho. When using Charactermancer for DnD5e. We can choose items in the creation process. But then when we create finalize the character, it lacks the items we got during creation, and also the AC from such items. There is also no weapons prepared. To begin with I thought this was just the way it is. but watching some videos, it seems like it shouldput all the items down for us and also setup the attacks with our weapons, and set AC? Is this how it should work? How do we fix this? I have tried in both Chrome and Firefox, with the same result. And my friends had the same result. We'd greatly appriciate some help with this.(Me at least). Best regards FoxTail

One possibility: Make sure you do not have the character sheets popped out into their own windows when using Charactermancer.

I'm fairly sure I did not have it poped out.  I asked my friends and they said neither did they. If by popped out, you mean clicking the icon in top left corner?(We did not do that) I tried it just now to figure out what you meant.

Hmm. It was a small possibility, but I'm glad you ruled that out. Armor and weapons should definitely be appearing on the final sheet, though. Are these the items to which you are referring? Here's another possibility, (and I hope this doesn't turn out to be the case, because that would be a huge glitch), do you have your Roll20 connection set for a language other than English? If you do, try setting it to English and creating a fresh character and see if the problem continues.

First of all thx for taking your time to answer my questions. Yes I meant the armor and weapons chosen while using charactermancer. My glaive for example. I'm using the website on english. I can't currently create a new character since our GM is not at home atm. But is there anythign else we could try once he gets home? best regards Foxtail

I'm stumped at the moment. It may have been a slow connection (due to the unprecedented traffic this month). Maybe someone else reading this can come up with any ideas?
