Roll20 Official Pathfinder 1st Edition Sheet--More Newbie Questions

Hello, experienced users! I’m a very new user and am climbing up the learning curve with Roll20 in general and the Roll20 official Pathfinder 1 st Edition character sheet. Here is my latest batch of questions. If you have any time to consider them I would be very grateful. On the Additional tab, do Feats/Traits have any mechanical effect, or do I enter those effects elsewhere? For example, if I drag “Improved Initiative” from the Compendium over to the Additional tab, the Init calculation on the Main tab doesn’t seem to change. How are Feats with selectors handled, such as Weapon Focus (for which one must pick a specific weapon)? Or are they not handled…perhaps the list of Feats in the character sheet mainly documentation and then you add the mods directly into the calculations on the Main tab? What is the proper way to level up using this character sheet? I suspect one primarily goes to the Configuration tab and replaces the relevant old values with new values…as opposed to a process that adds a level, like PCGen does. Is there a way to make Token Actions to toggle buffs on and off (things like Flanking, or Bull Strength, or Enlarge Person)? Or is the easier work around to add an item to the Weapons/Attacks repeating section that represents an attack sequence under the most common buff combinations…and then turn those into Token Actions? Is there a way to do an Enlarge Person buff? I think the stat and AC effects would be easy…but I don’t see how to automatically advance the damage dice for all weapons. Which, if any of these, are easier to deal with on the Community Pathfinder 1e character sheet? (And will I need the paid membership to access that functionality?) Thank you in advance very much for sharing your expertise! Allen

You might want to check out the wiki or help desk articles on that sheet. It is pretty extensive. For instance, it will tell you that you can create custom buffs which can be toggled off and on. While I don't think you can change those from a token action, most things will be on for a full turn (or multiple turns), so not a big deal for a player to toggle off and on as needed. https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037773733-Pathfinder-by-Roll20 The zendesk articles are a fairly recent thing, so I haven't looked through it. The wiki (accessible from the Community drop down) has an article also, which has a link on the home page of the wiki. If you search the forums, I know there was a post about buffs for this pathfinder by Roll20 sheet, so finding that would get you started on custom buffs, ways to set up spells, etc.
Thank you for your reply. I read that page from top to bottom. If the answers to my questions are in there, I missed them... Allen
They are only for documentation, the actual benefits of the Feats must be applied where appropriate. Same as above. You can note in the Feat entry which weapon it applies to, but must manually apply the bonuses/benefits to the Weapon entry in the Main tab. That's correct, the configuration tab must be updated each time you level up. This can't be done without the API, which requires a Pro subscription, but you could make new Weapon entries that can be used when a buff is active and give it a name to note which buff it uses, i.e. "Greataxe—Rage", "Dagger—Enlarged", etc. then make those Token Actions. Create a new buff and enter the following: +2 size to Strength -2 size to Dexterity -1 to Attacks -1 to AC The damage dice must be done manually, as described above. I don't have much experience with the Community Sheet, so can't help you there, sorry!

Ditto for the PF community sheet. ;-) Pro would be required to toggle buffs/conditions using a macro. Can't say whether it's any easier than the official PF sheet (probably not...)
Thank you so very much for your expert guidance! You've really helped me and my group out. Allen
