The Jukebox doesn't work in the Tutorial , but works in a real game. You just have to create a game for yourself and test it there. It's a known issue.

I don't use audio in my games, but when I click on "manage audio", I get a new screen with 2 tabs: playlists and tracks.  The tracks looks like the place you choose tracks from Battlebards, Incomputech, Tabletop Audio, or upload your own.  Does any of that show up for you when you click on manage audio?
