My maps are gone...again

Has anyone else run into this issue? you spend a week getting things ready for your group, only to have a majority of your maps go missing? I don't understand how a program can lose an image that i've uploaded into it. This is really frustrating. Yes, I'm using firefox. Yes, my extensions are clear and gone. I don't know what else to do but to start completely from scratch. Which, by the way, im not encouraged to do, because im afraid it'll happen yet again. Can anyone help me? or am i doomed?

I have seen this issue occasionally where a user has multiple games open in different tabs. Roll20 is browser based and doesn't know for sure which campaign to update with more than one open simultaneously. If that's not the case, what actually goes missing? the map graphics or the map pages themselves? Are the graphics still in your art library?

The same happened to my GM yesterday. And today it happened to me in my own game. This is really, really annoying. I did not have more than one game open at the same time. The jpg still is in my library, but the map page, which contained the jpg seems to be screwed up. Interestingly this only happened for one out of two pages. The other page still was alright.
