Map height shrinks and expands as window scrolls

Am I the only one that this happens to?&nbsp; It's been happening to me for literal years.&nbsp; I've seen it happen in both chrome and firefox.&nbsp; This map is 10x10 but when I scroll the bottom of the map extends to the bottom of the window. <a href="https://youtu.be/JUoRWubCT7A" rel="nofollow">https://youtu.be/JUoRWubCT7A</a>
