I sent an email on March 25th. I know it was received, because I got an automated response and ticket number. But over a week later, and thats all I've received. I don't really know where else to address this, as Im afraid another email will just result in the same thing? If a team member PM'd me for my ticket, could I get an update on it? or maybe even just confirmation whether or not the support system is swamped?
