I can't send messges - Error: Not Authorized To Post

I get the error: ' Not Authorized To Post'  When I try to send a PM I have been through all the trouble shooting guides and even sent the Console log to role20... I have tried it on 2 different computers and 4 different web browsers. This is the first time I have had any issue with any online forms/chat/transactions etc. I cannot be the only one who has had this error - can anybody out there help?  Thanks in advance - Ian
