I need a Starter Dungeons

This question probably gets asked alot but.... My friends are interested in D&D and I told them I can DM a game for them so they agreed and now we're gonna have a game. I need a good dungeon for level 1's. I can't seem to find good ones to add to my library. I know how to use roll20 very well but I never actually DM'd before. anyone know where I can get cool token borders and maps?

Hello Ark, If you need help then please post a request to join the GM Academy . It is the largest collection of GM's helping GM's on Roll20. All you have to do is post a request for an invite and one of the GMA Mods or Keaggan will send you an invite. According to Roll20 code of conduct, all posts need to be specific about Roll20 be it bugs/glitches, Looking for games, specific questions for use, or other things. Stop by and join the GMA and we can help you.
If you are using Pathfinder, there is a free starter module that comes up when you "Create Campaign". If you are talking other forms they are out there, W.O.C. has some PDFs for free on their site for D&D. Or you could just find a map and build one in a very short time. The Roll20 app is easy to build with.

Alternately, use a random dungeon generator. Some will auto populate mobs, traps, and treasure. And they give you a basic map. If you want snazzy maps - search on deviant art or campaign cartographer (ask for permission to use of course).
If you use a pre-made or generated game, read through it several times, as GM you need to be conversant with all parts of the module. If you are using books, note page numbers for everything you think you will need and put post it notes on all of the pages. A good GM can flow along with the twists and turns by being prepared. Don't argue, rule and if you make a mistake, you can fix it. You can't fix boring your players while you fumble through rules. Make all rulings a text record, so you can go back and and review them outside of the game.
Paul S. said: use a random dungeon generator Seconding this idea. I'm a big fan of the random generators available at Donjon and Wizardawn . This is going to generate a bare bones map that you can use as is on Roll20 and use description and narration to punch it up. Or, you can purchase/find/make some tile sets and overlay a tile set over the barebones dungeon, giving a custom made and detailed feel.
