Unable to get sent some Private Messages

For a Westmarches game, we handle applications through PMs that are supposed to be sent to me. We have now had several people remark that they get the following message when attempting to do so. This problem seemed to persist on both Chrome and Firefox. Another person I do share games with tried, and could get through, so it's probably not on my end, but since it's been at least three people now from different countries, I figured I should ask here. (And of course, it might not have worked for more people.) I haven't changed anything in my settings, and it seems to be a recent problem, and I am not sure how to fix it. To troubleshoot, the last person also tried to send messages to other people with the same result, and even made new accounts, again with the same result, and tried it from a different computer too.
Try disabling all browser extensions and/or trying in a Private Browsing/Incognito session.
Hey Laura -  We managed to diagnose the root cause here and it relates to an issue with our site's captcha settings. We have a ticket going to get it fixed, but in the meantime, the solution is that you need to post or reply to a public forum (not a game forum), and check the captcha that appears to the right of the text box. Apologies for the trouble!
