Help with Its a Trap!

Ive seen videos where this has been used and the characters can detect traps if they have a high enough passive perception, the trap bit works OK, if they step on the trap it triggers, but I cant find where you set the DC to see the trap, any help would be appreciated. Am I missing something obvious? The config screen I get is below: Trap Configuration Core properties Name Bear-trap Type trap Message A bear-trap snaps shut on your leg dealing 1d4 piercing damage and grappling you. Disabled no GM Only no GM Notes - Destroyable no Shape properties Affects Flying Tokens no Blast distance 1 Stops Tokens At center Trap shape rectangle Trigger properties Set Trigger self Other Traps Triggered none Ignore Tokens none Delay Activation - Reveal properties Max Search Distance 10 When Activated yes When Spotted yes Layer map Special properties API Command - Special FX None Sound - External script properties Activate Trap
Hiya Matthias, have you installed a rule-set to go with the script?

Thanks, Matthias
Hi Matthias, try It's a Trap! - D&D 5E Generic (also available in the script library) and see if that works better for you. You will have to fill in the sheet you're using at the bottom of the script page and then save the script again before use.
